If you are detail-obsessed, deadline-driven, and thrive in fast-paced environments, we invite you to help us raise the bar on every production we touch.Job Summary:We are seeking a highly capable HR Manager to lead Human Resources operations in Egypt within a fast-paced, project-driven environment (Events / Contracting / Fit-out). The role focuses on HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and Workforce Planning, while also supporting executive leadership through reporting, analytics, and organizational development initiatives.The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in workforce-intensive environments, with the ability to support project execution, ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law, and drive scalable HR practices.Key Responsibilities:• Lead and manage all aspects of HR Operations, including contracts, employee records, attendance, and full compliance with Egyptian labor law. • Own and drive Talent Acquisition, particularly for high-volume operational and site-based roles, ensuring timely hiring aligned with project requirements. • Design and implement structured and efficient Onboarding processes to ensure workforce readiness and smooth integration into operations. • Partner with project managers to support Workforce Planning and resource allocation across multiple projects and sites. • Manage and monitor attendance, overtime, shift planning, and workforce deployment to ensure operational efficiency. • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions in line with company policies and Egyptian labor law. • Ensure proper implementation of HR policies, procedures, and approval workflows across all operations. • Oversee Offboarding processes, including employee exits, clearances, and documentation.Reporting & Executive Support:• Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports to the CEO, covering:Headcount and workforce changes Hiring pipeline and recruitment status Employee turnover Attendance, discipline, and working hours Workforce performance indicators across projects • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support executive decision-making. Organizational Development & Structuring:• Contribute to the development and optimization of the organizational structure in line with business growth and project needs. • Review and refine job roles and job descriptions to ensure clarity, accountability, and operational efficiency. • Identify workforce gaps and propose restructuring initiatives where needed. • Develop and enhance HR policies and processes to ensure scalability and operational effectiveness. • Support initiatives aimed at improving performance, productivity, and workforce efficiency.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.15+ years progressive HR experience; Events, contacting or Design Industry exposure is mandatory.Strong experience hiring sales/marketing/media/creative roles and exposure to operations/production/site-based roles (events/exhibitions/fit-out/manufacturing preferred).Strong HR operations capability, including HR system usage and data discipline.Experience using HR platforms such as BAYZAT and/or ERP/HR tools is a strong advantage.Business-level English and Arabic required. Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities in a delivery-driven environment.
