If you are detail-obsessed, deadline-driven, and thrive in fast-paced environments, we invite you to help us raise the bar on every production we touch.Role OverviewWe are seeking a high-caliber Marketing Manager to lead and elevate Media Land Group’s brand presence, digital ecosystem, and marketing strategy.This role focuses on developing and executing the company’s own marketing strategy, positioning the brand as a premium regional player, with a direct impact on business growth and market perception.The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, creative direction, and hands-on execution.Key Responsibilities:• Define and elevate Media Land Group’s brand identity, voice, and positioning, ensuring consistency across all platforms and markets. • Develop and execute a regional marketing strategy aligned with business growth objectives and expansion plans. • Lead the digital strategy and manage all social media platforms, defining content direction, tone, and storytelling to strengthen brand presence and engagement. • Develop high-quality marketing content including company profiles, case studies, digital content, and campaign messaging aligned with brand positioning. • Collaborate closely with design and creative teams to ensure premium-quality output and brand consistency. • Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across relevant channels with a strong focus on performance and results. • Improve digital visibility through SEO strategies and targeted campaigns. • Track and analyze campaign performance continuously, linking outcomes to clear KPIs such as engagement, reach, and lead generation. • Oversee the company website and landing pages, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and user experience. • Improve conversion rates and overall digital presentation quality. • Build and structure the internal marketing function, introducing tools, processes, and reporting frameworks. • Support future team growth and capability development in line with company expansion. • Work closely with sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals and business growth. • Adapt strategies to market behavior and audience preferences across different regions. • Ensure a strong and balanced presence across Arabic and English communication. • Stay up to date with local and regional trends, platforms, and cultural nuances.Candidate Profile:• 5–8+ years of experience in marketing (agency or events experience preferred). • Experience in regional or multi-market environments is a strong advantage. • Proven track record in building or elevating brand presence.•Strong expertise in social media strategy and content development. • Advanced ability in brand development and positioning. • Hands-on experience in digital marketing execution and performance optimization. • Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. • Ability to take ownership of the brand and make independent marketing decisions.• Native-level Arabic and professional-level English (written and spoken) are required. • Ability to create and adapt content in both languages with high cultural and tonal accuracy.Technical SkillsProven hands-on expertise in using:Meta Ads Manager LinkedIn Campaign Manager Google Ads Experience with Google Analytics and performance tracking tools. Strong understanding of SEO tools and optimization techniques. Ability to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns independently.
