Purpose of JobTo ensure accurate payroll processing and maintain employee personnel records in compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.Duties and ResponsibilitiesOversee and direct payroll procedures· Ensure compliance with Egyptian laws and payroll tax obligations and internal policies· Maintain accurate records and prepare needed reports· Ensure that all personnel files are completed and abide by Egyptian laws· Make sure that all social insurance and labor office documents and regulations are followed· Issue HR letters for employees when needed· Track employment contracts and renewal dates· Develop employee database and dashboards· Implement any changes occur in the medical team attendance tool.· Review the monthly attendance of the medical team through the different channels.· Monitor, review, and control the payroll processing for the medical team members.· Work closely with the Business Line Owners, BLOs, in all matters related to their teams’scheduling, attendance and payroll.· Comply with all applicable national laws and, in particular, those related to employment,insurance, and tax.· Review services spreadsheets applying the required compensations for medical team membersaccording to their terms of contracts.· Respond to payroll-related inquiries and resolve concerns being the focal point ofcommunication with medical team members.· Prepare monthly payroll & issue pay slips.· Prepare or maintain employment records related such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, promotions or assignments. · Conduct payroll audits and balances to ensure accuracy. · Manage & update employee’s files · Issue monthly attendance reports.Job RequirementsEducation:· A bachelor’s degree preferably in HR/Business or related fields.Experience:· 2-3 years of relevant experienceSkills:· Strong written and verbal communication skills.· Fluency in English.· Attention to Detail.· Team-Oriented.· Strong Client-Facing SkillsSpecific requirements:· Excellent Microsoft Excel.
