You will play a key role in building high-performing teams and supporting the company’s growth.Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring)Create and publish job ads on Wuzzuf and other recruitment platformsSource candidates using databases, social media, and headhunting techniquesScreen CVs and conduct initial HR interviewsCoordinate technical interviews with hiring managersBuild and maintain a strong talent pipelineFollow up with candidates throughout the hiring processEnsure a positive candidate experiencePrepare job offers and handle negotiationsMaintain recruitment reports and KPIsSupport employer branding initiatives Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field3–7 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisitionStrong knowledge of recruitment platforms (Wuzzuf, LinkedIn, etc.)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlinesStrong interviewing and assessment skillsOrganized and detail-orientedFluent in English (written & spoken)
