### Responsibilities*HR Administration** Maintain and organize employee files and records.* Ensure all employee documents are complete and up to date.* Track contracts, onboarding documents, and other HR paperwork.* Maintain accurate employee databases and records.* Support onboarding and offboarding processes.*Recruitment** Post job openings on recruitment platforms.* Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.* Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.* Conduct initial HR interviews.* Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.* Maintain recruitment reports and candidate databases. ### Requirements1–3 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, or HR Administration.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to handle confidential information professionally.Experience with recruitment platforms and candidate sourcing.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.Professional attitude and ability to work independently.
