HR Transformation & Operations Lead (Egypt)LocationCairo, Egypt (Work from Office)Employment TypeFull-Time Contract (2 Yrs)Reporting ToRegional Head – Human ResourcesRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced HR Transformation & Operations Lead to drive HR excellence, organizational effectiveness, and people processes for our Egypt operations. This is a senior-level role requiring a strong HR professional with proven experience in HR transformation, transition management, policy development, and implementation of HR frameworks.The ideal candidate will have experience working within Business Process Services (BPS), Network Services, or similar large-scale service organizations and will play a key role in establishing robust HR practices that support business growth and operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesLead HR transformation and organizational change initiatives across the business.Design, develop, and implement HR policies, processes, and governance frameworks aligned with organizational objectives.Manage and support business transitions, workforce integrations, and operational restructuring initiatives.Partner with business leaders to drive strategic HR programs and workforce planning.Ensure compliance with local labor laws and corporate HR policies.Develop employee engagement, performance management, talent management, and retention strategies.Establish and continuously improve HR operating models, service delivery frameworks, and best practices.Provide guidance on employee relations, organizational development, and change management.Drive HR process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.Collaborate with regional and global HR stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.Required Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.10+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibilities.Proven experience managing HR transitions, transformation programs, and organizational change initiatives.Strong experience in developing and implementing HR policies, frameworks, and governance models.Experience working in BPS, Network Services, IT Services, Shared Services, or other large service-based organizations is preferred.Strong knowledge of Egypt labor laws and HR best practices.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.Preferred Candidate ProfileEgyptian nationals currently residing in Egypt/UAE are preferred.Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.Hands-on, execution-oriented professional capable of driving strategic and operational HR initiatives.
