This empowers brands to build unprecedentedly close connections with their users.About the RoleWe are looking for an on-site HR Specialist to support client HR operations in Egypt, manage daily employee matters, handle social insurance & labor law inquiries, coordinate with local payroll vendors, and ensure smooth employee relations and personnel services.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily personnel matters for assigned on-site employeesSupport client HR team on social insurance administration, Egyptian labor law inquiries, employee relations, and certificate issuanceLiaise with local payroll subcontractors on onboarding, offboarding, certificate issuance, and issue resolutionRespond to employee inquiries related to onboarding, offboarding, payroll, social insurance, and labor lawCoordinate with payroll vendors to provide employment, salary, termination, and other official certificatesServe as the main on-site HR contact and deliver professional client service with strong communicationHandle basic employee relations issues and assist in resolving concerns and disputesRequirements2+ years of relevant HR experienceFamiliar with Egyptian social insurance processes (enrollment, termination, annual filing, etc.) and able to respond to related inquiriesExperience in payroll calculation and capable of explaining payroll details to employeesKnowledgeable about Egyptian labor law and able to answer related questions from employees and clientsStrong client coordination, communication skills, and service-oriented mindsetGood command of English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) for cross-border communication and internal systemsPreferred QualificationsFamiliarity with Egyptian labor law; legal background is a plusExperience in HR outsourcing or manpower dispatch industryPayroll calculation backgroundOn-site client support experienceSalaryUSD 300 – 400 (net, after tax)
