Job Responsibilities:Review and validate timesheets, attendance records, and leave balances;Process end-to-end monthly payroll for employees based on the time sheet; Ensure payroll activities comply with local labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements;Work on payslips, payroll posting or processing together with finance team;Be responsible for onboarding/offboarding processes, including issuing the working contract or any other related documents.Act as contact person for employee for concerns or conflict.Qualification:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent work experience);2+years in payroll field, solid understanding of local labor law, social contribution and tax regulation;Fluent in English in writing, reading and speaking;6.
