Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionManage end-to-end recruitment cycle (job posting, screening, interviewing, onboarding) Source high-quality candidates through multiple channels Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline Identify and approach top-tier talent for critical and senior roles Utilize LinkedIn and professional networks for proactive sourcing 2. Performance AppraisalsDevelop and implement performance management systems Coordinate periodic performance reviews Support managers in setting KPIs and evaluating employee performance 3. Training & DevelopmentIdentify training needs across departments Plan and execute internal and external training programs Track employee development and career progression plans 4. Organizational Development (OD)Support company structure improvements and role clarity Assist in developing policies, procedures, and HR frameworks Drive employee engagement and organizational culture initiatives  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field 3–8 years of experience in HR (with strong focus on recruitment & OD) Proven experience in headhunting and talent acquisition Strong knowledge of performance management systems Experience in training programs and employee development Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Odoo HR or similar) HR certification is a plus
