Sales & Business DevelopmentDrive sales of TATAS solutions including AV systems, Public Address (Inter-M), and Security systems Identify, recruit, and develop a network of retailers and resellers Achieve sales targets and revenue growth Expand market presence and identify new opportunities ???? Channel & Retail Network ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors Develop tiered reseller programs (A / B / C segmentation) Manage pricing, discounts, and margins across retail channels Ensure product availability and visibility in retail outlets ⚙️ System Building & Process Development (Core Role)Design and implement a complete retail sales system, including: Coverage plans (areas, routes, visit frequency) Sales pipeline and reporting structure KPI tracking and performance monitoring Retail incentive and loyalty programs Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) ????
