As an innovation partner with distinctive development and systems expertise, we support our customers on the path to increasingly sustainable and connected mobility concepts from autonomous driving to alternative drives as well as charging systems.Job DescriptionTrack, analyze, and report on key HR metrics (like turnover rates, time-to-hire, and employee engagement scores) to help senior HRBPs make data-backed recommendations.Assist in sitting down with specific department heads to understand their hiring, training, and structuring needs, aligning HR initiatives with their team goals.Serve as an accessible point of contact for employees regarding policies, grievances, or career paths, escalating complex cases to senior HRBPs when necessary.Help manage the annual or quarterly performance review cycles by tracking submissions, guiding managers on evaluation forms, and compiling final performance ratings.Assist in identifying skill gaps across different teams and coordinating the rollout of training programs or workshops designed to upscale employees.Provide administrative and operational support for large-scale HR initiatives, such as onboarding revamps, wellness programs, or change management strategies.Help communicate updated corporate policies, local labor laws, and company culture initiatives to specific business units, ensuring everyone stays compliant.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.Experience: +6 months (internships are a plus).Advanced Excel: Strong command of formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP), Pivot Tables, and data manipulation.Power BI: Ability to build dynamic dashboards and visualize HR metrics for leadership.Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, spot trends, and translate numbers into insights.Communication: Clear verbal and written skills to effectively present data and interact with teams.Additional InformationPeople of all genders are always meant equally; for linguistic simplification and better readability, only the masculine form is used in the text.LEONI processes your application data in an IT-system that is consistent across the company and uses Foreign Service providers.
