This role will support day-to-day HR administration activities and ensure a smooth employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in People Operations or HR Administration and enjoys working in a fast-paced, international environment. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and conversational English to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.Key Duties and Responsibilities:Support employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentationMaintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentialityPrepare HR letters, contracts, and other administrative documentsCoordinate with internal stakeholders regarding HR processes and employee requestsAssist with attendance, leave management, and HR reporting activitiesSupport payroll preparation by ensuring employee data is accurate and up to dateRespond to employee inquiries and provide administrative support across People OperationsContribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and employee experienceEnsure compliance with internal policies and local labor regulationsQualifications and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related fieldMinimum 1 year of experience in HR Administration, People Operations, or a similar roleConversational English with the ability to communicate effectively in an international environmentFamiliarity with HR processes across the employee lifecycleProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel; experience with HRIS systems is a plusStrong organizational and time-management skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to handle confidential informationExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentA proactive mindset and a passion for delivering a positive employee experience
