Job Description:Lead and oversee all HR operational activities across the employee lifecycle (Hire-to-Retire).Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless employee experience.Oversee employment contracts, probation confirmations, promotions, transfers, salary changes, and employee documentation.Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records and HRIS data.Manage employee letters, certificates, and official HR documentation.Oversee medical insurance, social insurance, and other employee benefits administration.Manage resignations, terminations, final settlements, clearance processes, and end-of-service documentation.Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal HR procedures.Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate HR records and documentation.Team ManagementLead, coach, and develop the HR Operations team to achieve departmental objectives.Allocate workloads, monitor team performance, and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and provide ongoing coaching.Identify training needs and support the professional development of team members.Foster a collaborative, high-performing, and customer-focused team culture.Process ImprovementReview and optimize HR operational processes to improve efficiency and employee experience.Develop, document, and maintain HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement within HR systems and workflows.Track and analyze HR operational KPIs and prepare regular management reports.Employee SupportAct as the primary escalation point for complex HR operational matters.Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment lifecycle processes.Ensure timely resolution of employee requests while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Administration.At least 2 years of experience leading or supervising an HR team.Strong knowledge of the complete Hire-to-Retire employee lifecycle.Solid understanding of payroll inputs, benefits administration, labor law, and HR compliance.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
