HSE Engineer

Developing and Implementing robust HSE management systems and procedures.Conducting comprehensive risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies to prevent accidents and incidents.Leading incident investigations, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.Performing regular safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.Promoting a strong safety culture through training programs and continuous awareness initiatives.Ensuring environmental compliance, managing waste, and promoting sustainable practices.Collaborating with various departments to integrate HSE considerations into all aspects of our operations.Preparing detailed HSE reports and maintaining accurate records.Have an OSHA Certificate A Bachelor's degree in Engineering , Agriculture or related field.2-4 years of hands-on experience in a dedicated HSE role, demonstrating a proven track record of implementing effective safety and environmental programs.Exceptional proficiency in HSE Management Systems, Engineering Principles, and conducting thorough Risk Assessments.Demonstrated expertise in Incident Investigation, Safety Audits, and ensuring robust Environmental Compliance.Strong understanding of Occupational Health and Emergency Response Planning.Familiarity with relevant Regulatory Affairs and industry standards.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels
