Electrical Maintenance Engineer ( Background Foods )

Monitoring all electricity consumption indicators for all main Panels of the factory for ease ofcontrolling them well and making the right decision for the good distribution of loads and working ondeveloping effective mechanisms to save on electrical energy consumptionProvide training and development opportunities to all maintenance staff & carry outperformance evaluations and appraisals.Evaluates electrical systems by designing and conducting research programs, testing, applyingknowledge of electricity and materialsPlan, control and organize the planned preventative and corrective electrical maintenance on all of the plant and other equipment in order to maximize their lifespan and ensure safety.Supervise the manufacturing and installation of electrical equipment, components, and systemsFollow up and analyses the downtimes and solve them quickly.Troubleshoot Electrical machines’ faults and guide technicians.Maintains material and equipment supplies by regularly monitoring inventory levels, anticipating.supply needs, placing and expediting electrical material orders and reviewing and approving invoices.Ensures stable electrical supply by maintaining equipment and outlets, including energy management.system for prototyping and assembly systems, lighting and security apparatus.Perform related duties as assigned, within your scope of practice. 3 years of experience in food industry as a maintenance Engineer.PLC /HMI programing Experience -problem solving skillsBachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical power.Strong background and practical experience in Automation and classic control.Lead operations (5S - TPM - SMED - VSM - Six Sigma….)CMMS software.
