Designed and manufactured in Egypt, LifeBox supports sustainability, industrial localization, and economic growth while improving access to essential resources in underserved areas.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities SummaryDevelop, implement, and continuously improve the HSE Management System, ensuring compliance with Egyptian regulations and international standardsConduct HSE training, inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness programs to promote a strong safety cultureMonitor site activities, perform inspections and audits, and ensure compliance with HSE policies, safe work practices, and PPE requirementsLead hazard identification, risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective/preventive action plansOversee environmental compliance, waste management, and sustainability initiatives across operations and project sitesMaintain HSE documentation, permits, records, and prepare regular performance and compliance reportsSupport continuous improvement by monitoring HSE performance and ensuring timely closure of audit findingsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, or a related field8+ years of experience in HSE/QHSE, preferably within manufacturing, construction, renewable energy, or industrial environmentsStrong knowledge of risk assessment, hazard identification, incident investigation, root cause analysis, electrical safety, LOTO, and Permit to Work (PTW) systemsNEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent HSE certification is preferredExcellent communication, reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Office and fluent in Arabic and EnglishWillingness to travel to project sites and work in both office and field environments
