Daily Site HSE ExecutionConduct daily HSE site walks, inspections, and observation rounds across assigned operational areas; document findings and drive timely closure.Operate the permit-to-work system — issuance, verification, monitoring, and closure for hot work, confined space entry, working at height, lifting operations, and other high-risk activities.Verify safe systems of work — lockout/tagout, isolation, barricading, signage, and PPE compliance.Lead pre-task risk assessments and Job Safety Analyses (JSA) for non-routine or high-risk operations.Toolbox Talks, Training & EngagementConduct daily toolbox talks and pre-shift HSE briefings in Arabic with operational crews.Deliver site HSE induction for new joiners, contractors, and visitors.Run behavioral safety observation programs — observation cards, near-miss reporting, and engagement metrics.Support the rollout of Group HSE training matrix at site level.Contractor & Vendor HSE OversightVerify contractor HSE documentation — risk assessments, method statements, competency, and insurance — prior to work authorization.Monitor contractor HSE performance on site; escalate non-compliance through documented stop-work and corrective action processes.Participate in contractor HSE pre-qualification reviews when requested.Incident Response & Investigation SupportAct as first HSE responder for incidents on assigned shifts; secure the scene, support medical and emergency response, and preserve evidence.Support root cause investigations using approved methodology (5-Why, Taproot, ICAM as applicable); document findings and corrective actions.Track corrective action closure within agreed deadlines and escalate overdue items.Emergency PreparednessParticipate in and support the design of emergency drills — fire, spill, medical, vessel emergency, and traffic incident scenarios.Maintain readiness of emergency equipment in assigned areas — extinguishers, spill kits, eyewash stations, evacuation routes.Maintain accurate first-aider, fire warden, and emergency contact lists for the assigned site.Environmental ComplianceMonitor environmental aspects in assigned operations — dust, noise, spill prevention, waste segregation, and water discharge where applicable.Support environmental incident response and reporting in line with Egyptian Environmental Law and EEAA requirements.Reporting & DataMaintain accurate site HSE records — inspection logs, permits, training attendance, toolbox talks, incident registers.Submit daily and weekly HSE reports to the HSE Manager and consolidated reporting to Group HSE.Track leading indicators at site level — observation cards, near-miss reports, training completion, audit closure. Minimum 2–4 years of HSE field experience in industrial environments  port operations, oil and gas, construction, manufacturing, warehousing, or heavy transport.Hands-on experience operating permit-to-work systems and conducting site inspections is required.Experience supporting incident investigations using recognized root cause methodology is preferred.Experience with contractor HSE management is an asset.
