The HSE Training Manager is responsible for ensuring that employees are properly trained in their roles and safety procedures. This includes the development, implementation, and management of safety policies and procedures, as well as the design and delivery of training programs. The HSE Training Manager also plays a critical role in identifying and addressing potential hazards and risks within the workplace, and in promoting a culture of safety throughout the organization. They are also responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and laws, and for working with other managers and employees to develop and implement effective safety and training programs
