Site Team Leader - Electrical

Job Purpose:To supervise day-to day site work, follow up on all contractor and sub-contractor performance tillend of project to ensure the project design applied correctly on time, with safety and qualitystandards.Roles & Responsibilities:· Study zone drawings in order to prepare Material, Equipment and Manhours requirements listbased on project priorities and time schedule.· Audit & supervise sub-contractors team performance, guide and report any problems to SiteManager in order to tack necessary actions.· Supervise team in responsible area to perform the required job efficiency by allocate material &manpower.· Handle day-to-day site issues, including supervising and auditing the site labor force and the workof any subcontractors.· Coordinate with Quality Control Department schedule of inspections/tests and take anycorrective action if required.· Prepare daily status report to present zone performance and obstacles need to solve.· Supervise sub-contractor and labors to ensure all safety & quality requirements are applied in allsite activities.· Review labors’ productivity rates to ensure that it is within the budget.· Coordinate with other trades to push the work progress & solve any related problems.· Coordinate with technical office to ensure the right implementation of the shop drawings on site.· Audit the processes of gathering data, compile reports, and deliver presentations to relevantstakeholders.· Ensure that employee is working according to the company HSE policies and regulations, and fullyaware of his job risk assessment and environmental aspects.Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:Education/ Qualifications: BSC Engineering - ElectricalWork Experience: 7-9 years’ experience in a related fieldLanguage: Good command of English languageComputer Skills: Microsoft Office AutoCAD (preferable)
