We’re Hiring | HR ManagerIndustry: Medical Marketing & Healthcare Communications, a leading marketing agency specializing in the medical and healthcare sector, is seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead and elevate our human resources function.This role is critical to supporting our growth, strengthening organizational culture, and ensuring excellence across people operations.Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all HR functions including payroll, personnel administration, recruitment, and organizational development (OD) Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and systemsOversee end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processesManage employee relations, performance management, and workforce planningEnsure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal governance standardsLead, mentor, and develop the HR teamPartner with leadership to align HR strategy with business objectivesRequirements 7+ years of proven experience in Human Resources, with exposure to strategic HR leadership Strong background in payroll management, personnel operations, hiring, and OD Fluent English Speaker.
