Responsibilities include assisting with maintaining HR records, updating Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), and helping with onboarding and documentation for new team members. The intern will support benefits-related inquiries, schedule training sessions, and help organize internal initiatives that enhance employee engagement and compliance. This internship role also involves preparing basic HR reports, coordinating interviews, and ensuring accurate data entry to support informed HR decision-making. The position is designed to provide practical exposure to HR operations and is suitable for individuals looking to build a foundational career in human resources.QualificationsCandidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to support core HR operations and policies.Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to assist with data entry, records management, and HR reporting.Candidates should possess skills in Benefits Administration to help address employee inquiries and support benefits-related documentation.Candidates should possess skills in Training to assist with scheduling, coordinating sessions, and tracking participation.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with team members at all levels.Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and comfort working in hybrid environments.Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
