Job Summary:The HR Coordinator plays a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified individuals to fill caregiving positions within Care with Love. The HR Coordinator works closely with the internal teams to understand the requirements and goals of each position and identify suitable candidates.Responsibilities:Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.Source qualified candidates using Indeed, job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.Create and publish engaging job postings to attract top talent and build a strong candidate pipeline.Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and evaluate candidates based on qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.Conduct interviews, verify references, and coordinate background checks and other pre-employment requirements.Prepare offer documentation and support candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding process.Coordinate new hire onboarding, including employment documentation, orientation, HRIS setup, and training schedules.Maintain accurate employee records and update employee information in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).Ensure compliance with employment laws, HR policies, and company procedures throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.Maintain recruitment metrics, hiring records, and HR documentation with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.Provide administrative support for HR operations, employee engagement initiatives, and continuous process improvements.Respond promptly and professionally to candidate and employee inquiries via phone and email.Support additional Human Resources projects and administrative responsibilities as assigned.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).1+ years of experience as an HR Coordinator, preferably in the healthcare industry. Ability to work night shifts with total focus (3 pm to 12 am Cairo time)SHRM or HRCI certification (preferred)Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software. Proficiency in Google Suite and familiarity with ADP.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.Fluent English (C1 or C2)
