The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational objectives. The HRBP supports workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and change management to drive business performance and employee engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with department heads and management teams to understand business goals and workforce requirements.Develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational objectives.Provide guidance and recommendations on people-related matters to enhance business performance.Analyze workforce trends and HR metrics to support decision-making.Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and recruitment strategies.Support workforce planning and succession planning initiatives.Ensure timely recruitment and onboarding of key positions.Drive the performance management cycle, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.Coach managers on performance improvement and employee development.Support the identification and development of high-potential employees.Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees.Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters.Ensure fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures.Promote a positive and productive work environment.Lead and support organizational change initiatives.Assist in restructuring, workforce optimization, and organizational design projects.Drive employee engagement and culture-building programs.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience7-8 years of progressive HR experience.Experience in manufacturing and industrial
