Three Tech in Haram , GizaFull time, On site jobJob Responsibilities* Payroll* Recruitment* personal* Coordinates all stages of the hiring process, including posting job openings, reviewing and screening applications, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees to fill the vacant positions.* Monitor the employees' activities, performance, and production.* Arranging with managers from different departments to ensure the continuous monitoring of the team's growth needs whenever business capacity requires.* Manage the company's public relations in Egypt with social & health insurance companies in addition to arranging legal documentation during the hiring or termination processes* Send the salaries, bonuses, deductions, and overtime sheet to the finance team, and make sure that the employees receive all their benefits.* Reports will be directed to the PM.Job Requirements* Having Experience in HR and managerial tasks at least 2-3 years.* Having good knowledge of administration and accounts.* Familiarity with basic technical concepts* Proficient in using common Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)* Strong personal and leadership skills.Salary based on experience around 12000 L.E
