The intern will support high-volume recruitment activities, including posting job ads, screening applications, and scheduling interviews for multiple roles. Daily tasks include assisting with candidate outreach, coordinating interview logistics, maintaining applicant tracking records, and updating recruitment reports. The intern will help conduct initial candidate assessments under supervision, support onboarding and training coordination, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. The role involves close collaboration with recruiters, trainers, and hiring managers to meet mass hiring targets and maintain efficient recruitment operations.Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Hiring and Recruiting for high-volume roles.Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and candidate assessment.Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for interacting with candidates and internal teams.Candidates should possess skills in Training support and coordination.Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.Ability to work on-site in Cairo, collaborate in a team environment, and adapt to fast-paced recruitment cycles.Proficiency with basic office software and online recruitment platforms; prior internship or experience in HR or recruitment is an advantage.Relevant academic background in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
