This role is responsible for overseeing the full HR lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. The Human Resources Manager will develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensure compliance with local labor laws, and maintain accurate HR records and reports. Daily tasks include partnering with managers to identify staffing needs, conducting interviews, managing contracts and benefits, and supporting learning and development initiatives. The role also involves driving employee engagement, managing conflict resolution, supporting organizational change, and contributing to HR strategy aligned with business objectives.QualificationsProven experience at least 10 yeard in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor law in Egypt & Saudi Arabia , compliance requirements, and best practices in people management.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust across all organizational levels.Demonstrated ability in organizational development, change management, and supporting leadership with HR insights.Proficiency with HRIS tools, MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), and basic data analysis for HR reporting.Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills, with a high level of integrity and discretion.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are an advantage.Experience in consulting or professional services environments is a plus, as well as fluency in English and Arabic.
