Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and efficient Talent Development Coordinator to join our team in Alexandria, Egypt. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and evaluation of talent development programs that enhance employee skills and drive organizational growth.Assist in the creation and coordination of training programs, workshops, and learning initiativesManage the learning management system (LMS) and maintain accurate training recordsCollaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training solutionsSchedule and coordinate training sessions, including logistics and materials preparationConduct needs assessments and gather feedback to improve training effectivenessPrepare reports on training metrics and program outcomesSupport the onboarding process for new employeesAssist in the development of career development plans and succession planning initiativesStay current with industry trends and best practices in talent developmentContribute to the creation of training materials and e-learning contentQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field2-3 years of experience in talent development, HR, or a related fieldStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in HR software and learning management systems (LMS)Data analysis and reporting abilitiesProject management skillsKnowledge of talent development best practices and trendsUnderstanding of adult learning principlesExperience with e-learning platforms and content development toolsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentHR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred
