Your role is to support the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, updating systems, and ensuring that each candidate has a positive experience. This entry-level position is designed to give you hands-on exposure to the full recruitment cycle, while building your skills in communication, organization, and teamwork. By contributing to daily hiring activities, you will play an important part in helping the company meet its staffing goals.Duties & ResponsibilitiesProcess Management: Execute the end-to-end recruitment cycle with accuracy and consistency. Ensure all stages—from requisition to onboarding—are completed in line with established timelines and standards.Data & Reporting: Use LinkedIn as the primary sourcing channel. Maintain and update internal recruitment systems on a daily and weekly basis to provide accurate, real-time visibility of hiring progress.Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR Business Partners and Heads of Functions to align recruitment activities with workforce planning and departmental priorities.Recruitment Targets: Deliver on assigned hiring goals by executing structured recruitment plans and adapting quickly to shifting business demands.Candidate Experience: Provide a professional, transparent, and engaging candidate journey, reinforcing the organization’s employer brand.Time Management: Prioritize daily tasks effectively and collaborate with the Talent team.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.Experience: 0–3 years of recruitment experience in a professional environment.Industry Knowledge: Exposure to pharmaceutical and/or manufacturing sectors is considered an advantage.Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Oracle, HRMS, or other applicant tracking systems.Soft Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across the organization.
