We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to establish and lead the HR function for a growingSystem Integration / ELV Engineering Company.Experience Required: 5+ years in HR, preferably within system integration, ELV, IT solutions, MEP, construction, or technical project-based companies.Scope of WorkThe HR Manager will be responsible for:Building the HR department from the ground upCreating HR policies, procedures, employee handbook, contracts, and HR templatesDeveloping the company organizational structure and reporting linesPreparing job descriptions for all departmentsLeading recruitment and talent acquisition for technical and corporate rolesHiring ELV engineers, network engineers, technical office engineers, application support engineers, system administrators, procurement manager, and procurement teamCreating salary grades, compensation structure, bonuses, and incentive schemesImplementing health insurance and employee benefitsDeveloping a performance management system with KPIs and appraisal cyclesSupporting training and development for engineers, managers, and employeesManaging onboarding, employee relations, attendance, leave, disciplinary actions, resignations, and terminationsBuilding a professional, organized, and performance-driven company cultureEnsuring HR compliance with labor laws and internal company policiesProviding regular HR reports to senior management on recruitment, headcount, turnover, performance, training, and employee issuesRequirementsMinimum 5+ years of HR experienceStrong recruitment and talent acquisition experienceExperience hiring engineers and technical teamsAbility to create HR systems, policies, and proceduresKnowledge of compensation, benefits, bonuses, and incentive schemesStrong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work closely with senior managementInterested candidates may send their CV to:aly.salah@mtiholding.netSubject: HR Manager Application
