Team members join a workplace that values customization, innovation, and service quality.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Learning and Development Specialist role based in Dokki, Egypt. The specialist will design, develop, and deliver learning programs that support employee performance, capability building, and organizational goals. Daily responsibilities include conducting training needs analyses, creating instructional materials, managing learning calendars, and facilitating in-person and virtual training sessions. The role involves maintaining and updating learning content, tracking participation and outcomes, and ensuring alignment with best practices in adult learning. The specialist will also coach employees and managers, collaborate with subject matter experts, and gather feedback to continuously improve learning initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop annual training plans aligned with business objectives and operational requirements.Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and learning priorities across the organization.Develop and maintain Trainer Competencies & Profiles, including trainer qualification standards and selection criteria.Design, develop, and update training materials, including training manuals, presentations, e-learning content, and learning resources.Coordinate, organize, and deliver classroom, virtual, and blended learning programs.Manage learning administration activities, including scheduling, participant tracking, and training records.Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) and related platforms for course administration, monitoring, reporting, and learner engagement.Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, performance metrics, and post-training follow-up activities.Prepare periodic training reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure learning outcomes and business impact.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure training solutions support organizational goals.Provide coaching and learning support to employees and contribute to a culture of continuous development.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources,or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).Proven experience in Training & Development, including needs analysis, instructional design, program delivery, and training evaluation.Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and blended learning approaches.Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning tools.Ability to develop engaging, outcome-focused learning content and training materials.Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Preference will be given to candidates with experience in engineering, technical, manufacturing, industrial, or operational training environments.
