Human Resources Operations Specialist

Job Summary:This role ensures the effective execution of HR operations by handling employee records, timekeeping, and administering contracts and benefits. In addition, the role ensures compliance with labor regulations, facilitates onboarding and offboarding, and maintains accurate HR data to support decision-making. By balancing efficiency with employee experience, the role enhances operational processes, improves workforce satisfaction, and contributes to a structured and compliant HR environment.Job Responsibilities:Process onboarding pre-employment checks and taking necessary actions to ensure compliance with hiring requirements.Facilitate new hire documentation by collecting and verifying required hiring documents, guiding new employees through the process to ensure compliance with company policies.Register employee data by accurately inputting personal and job-related details into HR systems to maintain an up-to-date and reliable employee database.Maintain employee records by organizing and updating personnel files according to company guidelines to ensure accessibility, confidentiality, and compliance with labor regulations.Issue and manage employment contracts by preparing contracts for new hires and renewals for existing employees, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal requirements.Handle employee timekeeping and monthly reporting by tracking attendance, processing time records, and generating reports, ensuring accurate and timely processing.Administer medical insurance policies by handling additions, removals, renewals, and reimbursements.Complete employee offboarding by finalizing clearance processes to ensure a smooth and compliant employee exit.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field1-3 years of relevant work experience.
