Job Summary:This role supports the execution of internal communication plans, campaigns, and change initiatives by managing contents and channels to ensure consistent and effective communication across the organization. The role also monitors communication effectiveness and related budgets to support continuous improvement, employee alignment, and organizational culture.Roles and Responsibilities:Execute internal communication plans and annual calendar by coordinating initiatives, scheduling activities, and tracking execution, to ensure structured, timely, and effective communication.Maintain positive internal positioning by facilitating two-way communication and applying clear guidelines, to foster transparency and alignment.Support change communication initiatives by aligning messaging with stakeholders, to ensure employee understanding and smooth adoption.Support the development of content strategies and key messages by aligning communication materials across internal channels, to ensure consistent corporate positioning and storytelling.Develop and maintain communication guidelines and standards by collaborating with HR and external communications teams, to ensure consistent messaging and effective reputational risk management.Create and distribute internal communication content by coordinating with stakeholders and managing channels, to maintain transparency and engagement.Communicate Allianz initiatives and campaigns by delivering clear and engaging messages across internal platforms, to enhance employee awareness, loyalty, and brand pride.Plan and execute CSR initiatives and support in the internal events campaigns by coordinating logistics, content, and stakeholder engagement, to strengthen internal branding, culture, and social impact.Monitor communication effectiveness and handle the budget by tracking feedback, engagement metrics, and expenses, to drive continuous improvement and ensure cost efficiency.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.5 – 7 years of experience in internal communications.
