Job Summary:This role is responsible for executing strategies to attract, assess, and hire top talent to meet the current and future workforce needs of the organization. This role manages the whole recruitment function (Sales & Non-Sales), supports employer branding initiatives, partners with department heads to define hiring needs, and ensures a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.Roles & ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and pre-onboarding processes.Implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy for both Sales and Non-Sales roles, which are aligned with business goals.Mentor and manage the talent acquisition team to deliver on recruitment KPIs and hiring targets.Utilize data and recruitment metrics to evaluate and optimize hiring effectiveness and time-to-fill.Partner with business leaders to forecast talent needs and design effective sourcing strategies.Identify and resolve hiring challenges and process bottlenecks by proactively collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure a smooth, efficient, and effective recruitment processes.Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other sourcing partners.Manage, maintain, and regularly enhance processes within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with recruitment policies and standards.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.7 - 10 years of work experience in Talent Acquisition.At least 2 years of experience in managing teams.
