🚀 We’re #Hiring | HR Section Head for a fashion retail company in Cairo.📍 Sheraton – Nozha | Full-time📩 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆Send your CV to: 📧 careers@consultifybc.com A leading retail company is looking for a strong and experienced HR Section Head to lead and manage its full HR function across multiple operational locations.This is a high-responsibility leadership role for someone who can control HR operations, drive discipline, and make decisive actions in a fast-paced environment.🔥 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀You will be responsible for leading the entire HR function—from recruitment and payroll to employee relations and organizational development—ensuring stability, compliance, and operational efficiency across the business.💼 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀Lead and manage all HR functions (Recruitment, Personnel, Payroll, OD).Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.Ensure full compliance with labor law and company policies.Oversee hiring, manpower planning, and workforce stability.Manage payroll inputs, overtime, deductions, and approvals.Handle employee relations, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.Monitor attendance, absenteeism, and operational gaps across sites.Support managers in making HR and operational decisions.Track HR KPIs (turnover, absenteeism, performance issues).Build and maintain a stable and controlled work environment.✅ 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀10–15 years of experience in HR.Minimum 5 years in a managerial / leadership role.Strong experience in Personnel, Payroll, Recruitment, and OD.Experience in retail or multi-site operations is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and compliance.🧠 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲 (𝗖𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹)Strong personality with high authority and presence.Decisive and able to handle complex situations under pressure.Ability to control operations, not just manage processes.High level of integrity, discipline, and accountability.Strong influence and communication across all levels.🕒 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀6 working days per week.Friday is the weekly day off.Based in Sheraton / Nozha.#HRManager#HRLeadership#RetailJobs#HRJobsEgypt#PeopleManagement#HiringEgypt#OpentoWork#Consultify
