🚀 We’re #Hiring | Senior Accountant📍 Hurghada – Red Sea | Full-time📩 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆• Send your CV to: 📧 careers@consultifybc.comA leading real estate development company in Hurghada is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage accounting operations and ensure accurate financial controls across projects and operational activities.This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in accounts payable, subcontractor extracts, reconciliations, and real estate/construction accounting operations.🔥 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀You will play a critical role in maintaining financial accuracy, managing operational accounting processes, and ensuring effective coordination among finance, subcontractors, suppliers, and project operations.💼 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀• Record daily financial transactions accurately and on time.• Manage the full Accounts Payable process.• Review subcontractor contracts against contractor extracts.• Maintain and reconcile accounts payable and general ledger records.• Prepare and adjust journal entries.• Review and process invoices for approval.• Verify invoice accuracy against purchase orders and allocations.• Reconcile subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors' accounts regularly.• Resolve unpaid invoices and balance issues.• Maintain organized accounting records and documentation.• Ensure accurate financial processing aligned with internal procedures.✅ 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀• 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.• Real estate/construction experience is a MUST.• Strong experience with contractor extracts is required.• Strong accounting, reconciliation, and journal entry skills.• Advanced Excel skills are mandatory.• Ability to build strong working relationships across teams.• Eager to learn and take ownership of responsibilities.💰 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱• 2 days off weekly.• Competitive salary package based on experience.• Inspiring work environment.• Career growth & development opportunities.#SeniorAccountant#AccountingJobs#RealEstateJobs#ConstructionAccounting#AccountsPayable#HurghadaJobs#FinanceJobs#OpentoWork#Consultify
