Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist, located in Markaz Tanta. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR operations, ensuring compliance with HR policies, overseeing employee benefits programs, and handling personnel management. Additional responsibilities include implementing HR strategies to align with organizational goals and fostering a positive workplace culture. Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR ManagementProficiency in developing and enforcing HR Policies and proceduresExperience managing Employee Benefits programs effectivelyExpertise in Personnel Management, including recruitment, performance evaluation, and conflict resolutionExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and strong organizational abilitiesProficiency in HR software and tools is an advantageBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
