Key Responsibilities:-Manage end-to-end recruitment (posting, screening, interviews, offers).-Handle personnel activities (contracts, employee records, social insurance, onboarding & offboarding).-Prepare and review monthly payroll data (attendance, leaves, deductions, allowances).-Coordinate with finance to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.-Act as a point of contact for employees on HR/payroll-related matters.-Support HR daily operations and ensure compliance with labor law.Requirements:-Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.-5–7 years of experience as an HR Generalist.-Strong experience in Personnel, Recruitment & Payroll.-Good knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law & Social Insurance.-Detail-oriented with strong coordination skills.-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.-Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
