The role ensures smooth daily HR operations, supports department managers with workforce planning, and maintains compliance with company policies and labor regulations. The HR Team Leader also plays a key role in employee relations, handling conflicts professionally, promoting a positive work culture, and supporting staff performance and engagement across all gym operations.
