Role DescriptionAssist in screening CVs and coordinating interviews for white-collar and blue-collar positions.Support the recruitment process by updating candidate tracking sheets and coordinating interview.Assist in preparing onboarding documentation for newly hired employees.Support HR Shared Services activities including maintaining and updating employee records.Assist in archiving and organizing employee files in both physical and digital formats.Help ensure employee documentation is complete and properly filed according to HR procedures.Assist the Compensation & Benefits function by preparing basic attendance and payroll-related data.Support the HR team in preparing HR reports and administrative documentation when needed.SkillsQualificationsFoundational knowledge of Human Resources.Experience or interest in Employee Benefits and Personnel Management.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Effective communication skills and professionalism.Relevant academic background in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
