Tokenization Implementation Manager (12-Month Contract)We are seeking an experienced Tokenization Implementation Manager to lead and deliver a large-scale tokenization program within a banking environment. This role will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, technical implementation, regulatory compliance, and transition to Business-As-Usual (BAU) operations.Key ResponsibilitiesProject ManagementProject Planning: Develop and maintain detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and resource allocation.Project Execution: Oversee day-to-day project activities to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.Risk Management: Identify project risks and issues; define and implement mitigation strategies.Stakeholder Communication: Manage regular communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing clear status updates and resolving concerns.Post-Implementation Support: Define and document BAU operational processes following implementation.Technical ImplementationSystem Integration: Ensure seamless integration of the tokenization solution with existing banking systems and infrastructure.Data Security: Implement strong security controls to protect sensitive customer and transactional data throughout the tokenization lifecycle.Testing & Quality Assurance: Lead functional, security, and performance testing to ensure the solution meets all requirements.Deployment: Manage the rollout of the tokenization solution across the Bank’s platforms.Post-Deployment Support: Establish and transition to BAU operational support processes.Regulatory ComplianceCompliance Review: Ensure solutions comply with applicable regulatory, legal, and industry standards.Audit Support: Support internal and external audits related to the tokenization initiative.Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation covering compliance decisions, controls, and approvals.Training & SupportEmployee Training: Design and deliver training programs to enable employees to effectively use and support the tokenization solution.Technical Support: Provide ongoing technical and operational support during and after implementation.User Documentation: Develop clear user manuals, operating procedures, and support guides.Key Skills & ExperienceProven experience managing tokenization or payments security implementations within banking or financial servicesStrong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid)Experience with system integration, data security, and testingSolid knowledge of banking regulations and audit requirementsExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills
