The main responsibilities of the position are as follows:Managing and following up ocean import operations.Handling the operational process from booking to cargo delivery.Responding to customers’ operational needs, issues, and expectations with a customer satisfaction-oriented approach.Maintaining active communication and relationships with customers.Providing proactive and up-to-date operational information to customers.Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.Following up operational processes in cooperation with the Sales and Pricing teams.The main qualifications required for the role are as follows:Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding.Experience in USA ocean and air import operations.Ability to work in line with USA working hours.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced working environment.Strong knowledge of shipping line systems and portals.Knowledge of operational processes.Knowledge of documentation processes.Working ConditionsFull-time remote position.Working days: Monday to Friday.Working hours: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM. including a 1-hour break.Arkas Logistics was founded in 1989 under the umbrella of one of Turkey’s pioneering holdings, Arkas Holding which currently operates in 23 countries with 59 offices, 14 of which are in Turkey.
