The company continues to expand its product range and aims to become the leading brand in its field over time.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Indoor Sales Representative role based in Heliopolis. The Indoor Sales Representative will greet and assist walk-in customers, understand their needs, and present suitable product options from Materialistique’s luxury portfolio. Responsibilities include providing detailed product information, preparing quotations, following up on leads, and supporting customers throughout the sales cycle. The role also involves maintaining showroom displays, updating product knowledge, coordinating with the sales and logistics teams, and accurately recording all customer interactions in the internal systems. The individual will contribute to achieving sales targets while delivering a high standard of customer service aligned with the company’s premium brand image.Qualifications Proven indoor or showroom sales experience, ideally in luxury, interior design, building materials, or related sectors.Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand client needs and translate them into suitable product solutions.Effective communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic language proficiency is highly beneficial.Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools.Good numerical skills for preparing quotations, pricing comparisons, and basic sales reporting.High attention to detail and visual sense to support product display, showroom layout, and aesthetic presentation.Ability to work on-site full time in Heliopolis, manage time effectively, and handle multiple customer requests simultaneously.Prior experience collaborating with designers, architects, or contractors is an advantage.Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.Motivated, professional, and team-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets ethically and consistently.
