Sales Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Team Leader to lead Property Consultants, maximize sales performance, and ensure smooth pipeline and client management across the team.Key Responsibilities:* Lead and motivate a team of Property Consultants to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue* Strategically manage and distribute leads to ensure efficient follow-up and conversion* Monitor daily sales activities, pipeline performance, and CRM updates across the team* Support negotiations and assist team members in closing complex property deals* Provide continuous coaching, mentorship, and performance guidance to the sales team* Ensure compliance with approved pricing, sales policies, and documentation processes* Coordinate with Sales Management, CRM, Marketing, Sales Admin, Finance, and external broker partnersRequirements:* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field* 4–6 years of experience in Real Estate Sales with strong direct client handling experience* Previous experience in team supervision or leadership within a real estate developer company* Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills* Solid understanding of CRM systems, sales pipeline management, and market trends* Results-driven mindset with strong ownership and team management capabilitiesWhat We Offer:* Attractive salary package aligned with a senior supervisory role* Opportunity to work on premium, high-impact real estate developments* Professional working environment with strong growth opportunities* Business tools provided including Laptop/PC, Business Email, CRM access, and Mobile bundle
