Position SummaryWe are seeking a skilled IT Engineer based in Egypt to oversee network construction and system operations for our local factory. The ideal candidate will have strong IT infrastructure knowledge and be able to independently handle network deployment, system maintenance, and technical support.Key Responsibilities1. Network Construction• Responsible for factory network architecture planning, design, and implementation• Configure and manage network equipment such as switches, routers, and firewalls• Ensure network security and stable operation, promptly handle network failures• Monitor network performance and optimize network configuration2. System Operations• Responsible for daily maintenance and management of servers, workstations, and office equipment• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and business applications• Provide daily technical support and resolve IT issues encountered by employees• Perform regular data backups to ensure data security• Manage system user accounts and permissionsJob QualificationsRequired• Familiar with egyptian laws, regulations, and cultural environment• Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing), able to communicate in English at work• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields• 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or network management• Familiar with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.) and network equipment configuration• Capable of Windows/Linux server management and maintenancePreferred• Experience in manufacturing or chemical plant IT environment is preferred• Experience with cloud computing (AWS/Azure) or virtualization technologies is preferred
