If you're driven by purpose and motivated to make an impact, we'd love to have you on our team.Role PurposeTo support store operations by ensuring accurate POS updates, stable IT systems, and timely technical assistance across hardware, software, and databases.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement POS price changes and ensure accuracy.Provide L1/L2 support across systems, software, and hardware.Handle ServiceNow tickets and follow up on requests.Coordinate with vendors and service providers for issue resolution.Maintain the lab and testing environment.Install required files in stores.Diagnose and resolve technical problems.Manage hardware and software staging.Perform additional tasks assigned by the RT Manager or Team Leader.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.1-2 years of experience as an IT Associate or similar role.Experience in restaurant/hospitality IT is preferred.Experience working within a franchise model is an advantage.Technical SkillsKnowledge of POS systems and operational technologies.Strong logical thinking and ability to learn new systems quickly.Ability to use data and reports to support operational improvements.Familiarity with hardware/software staging and deployment.Strong vendor management skills.Generic SkillsStrong time management and organizational skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
