About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled IT Specialist to support and maintain our organization’s IT infrastructure, including both hardware and software environments.In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting employees with technical needs. You will work closely with internal teams to maintain reliable IT services that support our digital banking operations.Key ResponsibilitiesIT SupportProvide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents and service requests.Hardware ManagementInstall, configure, and maintain workstations, laptops, printers, and peripherals.Manage hardware inventory and perform system upgrades when required.Software AdministrationInstall and maintain operating systems, applications, and productivity tools.Ensure proper configuration and updates of software systems.Network & InfrastructureSupport local network connectivity, Wi-Fi access, and system performance.Assist with user access management and system configurations.Security & ComplianceFollow IT security policies and ensure compliance with organizational standards.Support endpoint protection and basic security controls.Documentation & MaintenanceMaintain documentation for IT systems and configurations.Track and resolve support tickets using IT service management tools.Required QualificationsEducationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldExperience3+ years of experience in IT support or IT operationsTechnical SkillsWindows and workstation administrationHardware troubleshooting and maintenanceSoftware installation and configurationNetworking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)Systems KnowledgeActive Directory user managementMicrosoft Office / productivity toolsIT troubleshooting methodologiesProfessional SkillsStrong problem-solving and analytical abilitiesStrong communication and customer support skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced technical environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting enterprise IT environmentsKnowledge of IT security practicesExperience with IT service management toolsCertifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications
