We are seeking an experienced TEMENOS Core Banking Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Arrangement Architecture (AA) to support the implementation and enhancement of our digital banking platform.The ideal candidate will bridge business and technology teams, translating banking requirements into scalable TEMENOS solutions while ensuring alignment with operational and regulatory requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesGather and analyze business requirements related to deposits, accounts, lending, and customer onboarding.Configure and maintain TEMENOS AA products and parameters.Support product setup, lifecycle management, and banking process design.Prepare functional specifications and solution documentation.Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and implementations.Support SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities.Assist in troubleshooting functional issues and process gaps.Required Qualifications4+ years of TEMENOS experience.Strong hands-on experience with:Arrangement Architecture (AA)Product configurationCore banking operationsBanking domain knowledge.Experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, and process documentation.Strong stakeholder management skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience in digital banking transformation projects.Knowledge of lending, deposits, and customer onboarding.TEMENOS certifications are a plus.
