Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Manager (Civil Engineer) to oversee the planning, design, execution, and maintenance of infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project teams, coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and delivering projects within budget and schedule.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise infrastructure projects from conception to completion.Review engineering designs, drawings, specifications, and technical documents.Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and government authorities.Monitor project progress, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and company standards.Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to project teams.Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.Prepare and present project reports to senior management.Manage tendering, contract administration, and contractor performance.Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental requirements. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.Professional Engineering certification is a plus.Minimum 10+ years of experience in infrastructure, utilities, roads, networks, or large-scale civil engineering projects.Strong knowledge of project management principles and construction practices.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Project, and Microsoft Office.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams.
