Job Requisition #:034425 Inside Sales Representative (Open)Job Description:Greifislookingforamotivatedandcustomer-focusedInsideSalesRepresentativetosupportbusinessgrowthbymanagingcustomercontacts,identifyingsalesopportunities, andhelpingmovedealsforward.Thisroleis agreatfitforsomeonewhoenjoysworkingwithcustomers, buildingrelationships, andcoordinatingwithinternalteamstodelivera strongcustomerexperience.KeyResponsibilitiesManageinbound and outboundcustomerinteractionsbyphone, email, and virtualmeetings.Qualifyleads andsupportopportunitiesthroughthesalesfunnel.KeeptheCRMupdatedwithactivities, nextsteps, and closedates.Prepare standardquotes andworkwiththePricing teamwhenneeded.Understandcustomerneeds andrecommendtherightGreifsolutions.WorkcloselywithFieldSales and CustomerServicetosupportaccountplansandsmoothhandoffs.Supportactivitiesfordormantaccounts andnewbusinessopportunities.Escalateserviceorqualityissues andfollowupuntilresolved.Followcompliance, pricing, andinternalgovernancepolicies.Performotherdutiesasassigned.Education andExperienceBachelor’sdegreeorequivalentispreferred.Experiencein sales, customerservice,orcommercialsupport is a plus.Mostimportantly,wearelookingforsomeonewiththerightattitude, communicationskills, andwillingnesstolearn.SkillsandKnowledgeStrong communicationskills inwrittenandverbalEnglish.Good organization andabilitytomanagemultipletasks.Confidenceinspeakingwithcustomersandsupportingsalesactivities.Abilitytoworkwellwithcross-functionalteams.Basic commercialawareness andproblem-solvingmindset.Good knowledge of CRM tools and sales tracking is a plus.At Greif, we believe that our colleagues are the center of our success.
