Job DescriptionNOV Cairo - We are seeking motivated and high-potential graduates in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy/Materials Engineering, or Science (Physics/Chemistry) to join our technical team under a structured Development Program.Selected candidates will gain hands-on exposure across inspection, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), lifting equipment inspection, quality control, operational, and technical support functions. The initial phase focuses on practical field experience and operational process understanding to build strong technical foundations.Following a six-month performance evaluation, candidates will enter a structured internal training and qualification pathway based on technical aptitude, commitment, and performance. The program is designed to develop future specialists in inspection, NDT, lifting inspection, quality assurance, and technical operations.Key Responsibilities Participate in field and workshop activities to develop practical technical experience. Support inspection activities including Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and lifting equipment inspection under supervision. Assist in inspection, testing, and quality control processes. Support preparation of technical and inspection reports. Review engineering drawings, procedures, and technical documentation under supervision. Assist in equipment handling, verification, and basic troubleshooting. Ensure compliance with company procedures, industry standards, and HSE policies. Demonstrate strong commitment to continuous learning and operational excellence.Development Path First 6 Months: Structured on-the-job rotational exposure and performance evaluation. Post-Evaluation: Enrollment in internal technical training and certification programs including NDT and lifting inspection competencies. Progressive specialization aligned with competency, performance, and business requirements.Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy/Materials Engineering, or Science (Physics/Chemistry). 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply). Basic understanding of industrial or operational environments is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good English communication skills (written and spoken). Willingness to work in field and operational environments.Location & Work Setup On-site position at assigned projects or company facilities. Regular field exposure required.
